I weigh 148lbs. That’s only 3lbs lighter than when I started this on January 1st. This is soooo depressing, but I’m trying to look at the bright side. At least I’m not over 151lbs because I did promise myself that I would never see my highest weight ever again. So it’s good to know that despite me neglecting a healthy lifestyle, I still have kept that promise to myself. I also need to keep reminding myself that it is not about the numbers; it’s about how I feel. Small steps help you reach big goals. Stay motivated :)
